Instructions
Statutory interpretation is a core legal skill that all budding lawyers need to develop. It concerns the process by which legislation is interpreted and applied, and it is relied upon particularly when plain or straightforward meaning of legislation is not apparent. In this assessment, you will be presented with a real-world legal problem to which you have to apply the statutory interpretation skills you have been presented with in the unit.
