Assignment task
In this assignment, you will undertake a group project and deliver a 15 minute group presentation on the subject of how to be an effective student.
You will be expected to devote substantial time to completing this project independently, in addition to any scheduled teaching in the module. It will be your collective group responsibility to organise this independent study.
Each member of the group will be required to submit their group’s slides, or presentation media, via the submission point for PR1 on Blackboard. These must be identical to the copies submitted by the other group members.
Any secondary sources used should be listed in a Reference List using Harvard.
Presentations will take place in weeks 12 and 13 of the module.
This assignment has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your achievement of the following module learning outcomes:
LO 1 Demonstrate effective communication skills, applicable to academic and professional contexts.
LO 2 Work effectively with others in the delivery of a group project
Task requirements
• Written work submitted as part of this assignment should be presented in Arial 12, 1.5 line spacing
• Other submissions should be submitted in an appropriate format, as agreed with your supervisor: Each member of the group will be required to submit the presentation media via the submission point for PR1 on Blackboard. These must be identical to the copies submitted by the other group members.
