Task
Mobile and cloud based solutions should be investigated. Furthermore, data secuirty also needs to be further investigated, which includes data ownership (by headspace, the young person, the ED, etc), data security in the cloud and who has access permission, and to what level of access, etc.
Outputs should include the following:
• An updated Project Vision.
This should be a revised Vision from assignments 2.
• Non-Functional Requirements – a System Wide Requirement Specification.
This sets out the critical system qualities, system interfaces, user interface requirements, and system constraints.
• Validation, and project management issues need to be considered in the response to this assessment item.
Online submission via Turnitin is required for this assignment. Details will be provided by your subject lecturer in the class or by notification in the subject site.
Rationale
This assignment is intended to develop and test your ability to research the role of information systems in solving business problems. Using some data gathering techniques you will also learn about the role of the system analyst in the development of information systems.

Updated Project Vision The high-level scope and purpose is expressed clearly, including the problem, proposed solution, and the high-level features. Demonstrates breadth and depth of understanding and has insights and awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of the topic. Evidence of having researched/read more widely beyond the core materials. The high-level scope and purpose is expressed clearly, including the problem, proposed solution, and the high-level features. Demonstrates breadth and depth of understanding and has insights and awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of the topic. Evidence of having read beyond the core materials. The high-level scope and purpose is expressed, including the problem, proposed solution, and the high-level features. Demonstrates thorough understanding of material presented in core texts and readings. The high-level scope and purpose is discussed. Demonstrates evidence of having read material presented in core texts and readings. However literature is presented uncritically in a purely descriptive manner. Content acknowledged but not really taken into account.
The high-level scope and purpose is poorly expressed. Demonstrates very little evidence of having read material presented in core texts and readings. Inaccurate or inconsistent acknowledgment of sources. Limited knowledge of key principles and concepts.

Non-Functional Requirements Specifies the qualities/ non-behavioural requirements that can be used to judge the operation of the system. Demonstrates breadth and depth of understanding and has insights and awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of the topic content. Evidence of having researched/read more widely beyond the core materials. Specifies the qualities/ non-behavioural requirements that can be used to judge the operation of the system. Demonstrates breadth and depth of understanding and has insights and awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of the topic. Evidence of having read beyond the core materials. Specifies the main qualities/ non-behavioural requirements that can be used to judge the operation of the system. Demonstrates thorough understanding of material presented in core texts and readings. Specifies some of the qualities/ non-behavioural requirements that can be used to judge the operation of the system. Demonstrates evidence of having read material presented in core texts and readings. However literature is presented uncritically in a purely descriptive manner. Content acknowledged but not really taken into account. Poorly specifies the qualities/ non-behavioural requirements that can be used to judge the operation of the system. Demonstrates very little evidence of having read material presented in core texts and readings. Inaccurate or inconsistent acknowledgment of sources. Limited knowledge of key principles and concepts.

Validation and project management considerations Demonstrates breadth and depth of understanding in relation to planning, organising, securing, and managing resources to the identified goals, and that the system meets a defined set of requirements. Has insights and awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of the topic content. Evidence of having researched/read more widely beyond the core materials. Demonstrates breadth and depth of understanding in relation to planning, organising, securing, and managing resources to the identified goals, and that the system meets a defined set of requirements. Has insights and awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of the topic. Evidence of having read beyond the core materials. Demonstrates clear understanding in relation to planning, organising, securing, and managing resources to the identified goals, and that the system meets a defined set of requirements. Demonstrates thorough understanding of material presented in core texts and readings. Discusses the project management issues and the main criteria needed in order for the system to meet its requirements. Demonstrates evidence of having read material presented in core texts and readings. However literature is presented uncritically in a purely descriptive manner. Content acknowledged but not really taken into account. Poor discussion of project management and of how the system might meet requirements. Demonstrates very little evidence of having read material presented in core texts and readings. Inaccurate or inconsistent acknowledgment of sources. Limited knowledge of key principles and concepts.
