Description: For this task, students will be asked to critically examine a real-life patient safety failing. Students will conduct an examination of a patient safety failing to identify important insights into key elements of patient safety, identify lessons learnt and to provide recommendations for system improvements and present their findings in a ’brief’ of the event.
