1. Taking a close look at the services you currently work, assess the services performance against the standard set down by the National Quality Framework, and identify any gaps and opportunities for improvement.
2. Create questionnaire to give to 3 staff members to assess the services against the NQF.
3. Continuing from questions 1 and 2, use a relevant section of the QIP to develop strategies to address the identified gaps or opportunities improvement. How can you as a service work toward making these improvements and filling the gaps.
