This unit applies to workers who require skills and knowledge to understand and work with individuals and groups of clients with complex needs when participating in planning for leisure and health services activities.
Introduction
This document is Assessment 1 of the two (2) assessments you are required to complete, together with structured workplace learning, for CHCLAH004 Participate in the planning leisure and health programs for clients with complex needs.
