• With the savings on transport costs, bulk purchasing and the efficiencies in client machine maintenance would also assist the organisation in achieving the strategic objective of profit margin growth of 5% in the next three years.
• Increasing profit was a key value of the organisation because ZieTel earns profits every day through voluntary exchange with our customers and recognizes that profits are essential to creating capital for growth, prosperity, opportunity and job satisfaction and security.
• Innovative efficiencies in the imported machines and less interstate transport costs for staff and machines would assist the organisation in achieving its environmental objective of a reduction in its carbon footprint by 10% within the next three years.
• The company is committed to provide customers with high quality products, extraordinary service and a competitive price.
• The HR Manager has plans about creating a team of encouraged, motivated and self-directed employees at Sydney office. HR Manager is looking for employees who can meet regularly to discuss issues, solve problems and appreciate each others' contributions.
• The HR Manager also has plans for a General Manager position to promote employee growth. ZieTel aims to empower its employees with knowledge and resources to get results, grow its business and to lead the markets. The General Manager would report to the CEO and would be expected to provide creative leadership for the administration, coordination and management of the new venture in a manner that is consistent with the strategic direction of the organisation.
• Other positions available at Sydney office:
o Accounts manager — reports to the General Manager and is responsible for credit control, sound maintenance of the accounts receivable, internal control systems and preparation of budgets. An accounts clerk who enters data and manages the accounts receivable and accounts payable system will be assigned to the Accounts manager.
o Warehouse manager — reports to the General Manager and is responsible for goods inventory, safe storage and handling of warehouse merchandise and the timely dispatch according to customer orders. Four warehouse staff will assist the Warehouse manager.

While you were in a meeting, a WHS incident has occurred in your Melbourne office.
Your knowledgeable and experienced maintenance manager has hurt himself while carrying out a red work. Doctor has advised him rest for 15 days. One of the coffee machines, which is usually around Kg, has fallen on his legs, due to which the maintenance manager can hardly walk and has damaged lower half of the body.
While conducting a WHS review in workshop, you noticed that:
• The work bench is a bit too high and a bit of carelessness may lead to severe WHS issues and cai cause severe damage to human body.
• There are forklifts but the forklift driver is not always available.
• Repair tools are stored under the bench, which makes it hard to reach them easily.
• Maintenance people have to bend their body up and down frequently while carrying out maintenance work.
• There is a long pending request of automatic electronic modular component machine, with which all the repair work can be carried out on-site without removing and dismantling coffee machines.
